Adding iManage Cloud Credentials
How to add username and password for iManage Cloud.
Overview
Credentials can be added here to be used by your iManage Work Collectors when they connect to your on premise iManage Work server.
Prepare iManage Cloud
There are two tasks required before ActiveNav Cloud can connect to your iManage Cloud tenant. The
first is to create and configure the pre-requisite iManage user account used to connect to your iManage Cloud tenant and perform discoveries. The
second task is to request access to the ActiveNav Cloud app in iManage.
Add iManage Cloud Credentials
As an ActiveNav Administrator, choose the System > Credentials command to show the list of defined credentials. Click on the Add Credentials button to open the screen to add the iManage Work Collector Details.
- Choose iManage Cloud Ropc from the Credentials Type list.
- Enter a Credentials Friendly Name - this is what you will choose when your define iManage Cloud Host. Optionally add a Description.
- Enter the Username (email address) of the user account that ActiveNav Cloud will use to connect to iManage Cloud.
- Enter the associated Password.
- Click the Save and Close button.
