How to add username and password & client id and client secret for iManage Work.
Overview
Credentials can be added here to be used by your iManage Work Collectors when they connect to your on premise iManage Work server.
Prepare iManage Work Server
There are two main tasks required on your iManage Work server before creating the iManage Work in ActiveNav Cloud. These tasks create and configure the pre-requisite Client ID & Client Secret and the iManage user account that allow ActiveNav Cloud to connect to your iManage Work server and perform discoveries. These tasks are documented in Configuring iManage Work Server for the iManage Work Collector.
Add iManage Work Credentials
As an ActiveNav Administrator, choose the System > Credentials command to show the list of defined credentials. Click on the Add Credentials button to open the screen to add the iManage Work Collector Details.
- Choose iManage Work Ropc from the Credentials Type.
- Enter a Credentials Friendly Name - this is what you will choose when your define iManage Work Host. Optionally add a Description.
- Enter your ActiveNav app Client Id.
- Enter the associated Client Secret.
- Enter the Username.
- Enter the associated Password.
- Click the Save and Close button.
