How to customize your options for searchable fields in Target Search
The list of values in the Add Field selector when creating a Target Search contains an extensive list of searchable feature extraction values.
Some of these options may not be applicable to your data governance requirements and so ActiveNav Cloud administrators can specify which of the baseline and custom rule extractors can be searchable. This will reduce the number of values available in Create Target Search allowing your search users to better focus on the areas that are important to your business.
Target Search Searchable Fields
Navigate to System > Target Search Searchable Fields to see the list of available Data Element Names (DEN).
Each DEN can be expanded to see the associated feature extraction rules by clicking on its header.
DENs can be set to active by clicking the toggle on the right-hand side of the header.
When the DEN selection is complete, the configuration should be saved by clicking the 
button.
Once saved, only those DENs toggled 'on' will show in Target Search > Add Field.

Custom feature extractions rules can also be configured for use in Target Searches.
