When creating a new Data Source for the ShareFile Collector, there are two types of folders to consider: Shared and Personal.
NOTE: ActiveNav has created a standalone tool that can be used retrieve a list of Shared and Personal Folders. The reported locations can then be imported in bulk into your inventory. Please contact ActiveNav Support for details.
Shared Folders
Shared Folder Data Source paths use the following format:

Personal Folders
Personal Folder Data Source paths use the following format:

For ShareFile Personal Folders, there are two special subfolders: home and filebox. A Data Source URL at the Personal folder (as described above) will include both the home and filebox subfolders. If you wish to include only one of these subfolders a Data Source, the URL should be formatted as
prestteam.sharefile.com/Personal/sallysmith@prestteam.com/home.
If you wish to define a Data Source for a subfolder in a Personal Folder, the URL should be formatted with the id of the target folder as in this example:
prestteam.sharefile.com/Personal/sallysmith@prestteam.com/home/ fo5ab3ca-a386-ab4d-f878-7435fe87b1fd
NOTE: The Filebox folder does not support subfolders. The Data Source path for a user's Filebox folder follows this pattern:
prestteam.sharefile.com/Personal/sallysmith@prestteam.com/filebox
NOTE: Data Sources cannot be started at a point higher than a Personal or Shared Folder. e.g., prestteam.sharefile.com/shared is invalid.
