The ShareFile Collector requires two identities defined in your ShareFile tenant:

This is a shared secret between your ShareFile tenant and your ActiveNav Cloud tenant. |
Employee Account Requirements
This account needs permission to read your target data and access some tenant information. This account must be a member of the Super User Group and have the following User Access permissions: People: Manage Clients, People: Manage employees, and Company Account Info: Access reporting.
API Key
Generate an API Key for ActiveNav Cloud at https://api.sharefile.com/. The Application Name of the API Key is for management within ShareFile. For the Redirect URI, select I don’t know or will not use a Redirect URI.
With these two tasks complete in your ShareFile tenant, you can now create a ShareFile Credential store in your ActiveNav Cloud tenant. You will need four pieces of information for the credential store: the employee account email address & password and the API Client Id & Client Secret.
