Finding your way around the review page
The central part of the review features a table that displays all the objects included in your review. You can find all the controls for navigating and managing your review conveniently located in the top right corner of the table.
Pagination
The table has pagination controls to allow you to change the number of records to view, switch to the next or previous page, and skip to the first or last page.
Filtering
Clicking on the Filter button will reveal the filter options.
Setting a filter here will reduce the dataset you see in the table, allowing you to narrow down the records you wish to apply a particular decision to.
Tip - By selecting the No Decision option from the Decision filter, you will only see objects yet to have a decision applied.
Column Selection
The column manager is where you can select those columns that you wish to see in your review.
Sorting
Sorting the order on various columns is possible by clicking on the Sort button. This will reveal all the options you have for column sorting. You can change your option to sort ascending or descending by clicking on the sort option you want and it is denoted by an up or down icon.
Note - Hiding a column will also hide its corresponding filter option.
Duplicates
Two columns of particular note are Duplicate Count and Duplicate ID. Sorting by count will allow you to ascertain where you have a duplication of data. Filtering then by the Duplicate ID will allow you to narrow your dataset to those duplicate objects. You can then apply your decisions based on which objects can be retained or marked for further action.
Important - Duplicates indicated are only applicable in the context of the current review; it is not an exhaustive list of where duplicates may reside in your repositories or even other reviews.
However, duplicate IDs do remain constant from review to review and so will be filterable within each review once you know the ID.
Decisions
In the slide-out panel to the right, you will see the decision component. Here are controls which allow you to apply decisions to your objects.
