This article provides information on how to resolve known display issues in Discovery Center
An example below shows a case where the logo and licensing information are not able to load.
Cause
This typically occurs when IIS prerequisites are not completely installed, or there have been modifications to the default configuration of the IIS server
The following settings should be checked to ensure Discovery Center is operating as expected:
- Ensure that the 'Static Content' feature is installed for IIS
1.Open Server Manager on the Application Server2. Under "Manage", Click "Add roles and Features"
3. Under Web Server > Web Server > Common HTTP Features, ensure Static Content is included
- Confirm that your web browser has Javascript Enable
- Validate that request filtering is not configured too aggressively. More on this can be found at this link
- Confirm that the IIS_IUSRS group or Web App Service has been granted the local policy "Impersonate a client after authentication".
If you made any of the changes above, restart the IIS service and reload the Discovery Center webpage.
