Direct downloads of manifest exports from the Analyst or Profile reports are currently capped at 1 million objects or containers per dataset. Should you require a manifest export in excess of this, ActiveNav Cloud will prompt you to submit a request to our customer success team to produce an export for your full dataset.
Submitting a Request
After generating an Analyst or Profile report, you have the option to export objects or containers. If the projected number of export records exceeds the 1 million record limit, you will be presented with this form:
Enter a request name into the form, then select the Submit Request button. You should see a submission verification pop-up and shortly thereafter, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered email address.
Once your request has been processed, our customer success team will reach out with instructions on how to securely access your results.
Note - The expected turnaround time for large manifest export requests is 1-2 working days.
