Discovered unusual functionality when setting credentials at the parent level of the network map.
In some cases, when setting them at the parent, they will not show until you refresh the page.
This is something that we will not be correcting at this time, and will keep track internally unless this manifests into something more problematic.
Adding or removing credentials requires Network Map refresh to show inherited Credentials
1) add 2 locations to the Network Map
\\server1\folder1\
\\server2\folder2\
2) select both locations server1 and server2 and 'Apply credentials'
3) expand both locations and select each subfolder (folder1 and folder2)
Actual result:
2) successful toast message to inform credentials applied to both locations (padlock displaying against each as expected)
a3) no inherited credential is displayed against folder1 and folder2 unless page is refreshed
Expected result:
a3) inherited credential is displayed against folder1 and folder2 with no need to refresh the page
Similarly to the above is when deleting credentials from locations.
MF 04/02 - Agreed to close this off with no fix required and to send details to support team to allow creation of new internal KBA to provide response to any customers being hit with issue.
